| Daniel Neumeyer, Principal & Owner: Dan studied architecture at U.C. Berkley with an emphasis on sustainable design. Dan worked for 10 years with BBI Construction as a project manager on commercial projects. He started JADE as a small design/build company building decks, sunrooms and additions. JADE now offers full construction services including complete home construction as well as remodels, decks and additions focusing our work on Whidbey Island.
Project Manager: JADE has a full-time project manager who manages each project from start to finish. This attention to detail makes everything from ordering materials to managing crew schedules, to communicating with subcontractors more efficient. Office Manager: Materials expenses and time are tracked carefully for each job making sure that our clients are billed correctly and fairly for work we perform. Crew: Our team of skilled craftsman have years of experience. They work efficiently and carefully to make each project a success. Being generous, courteous and helpful, always treating others with kindness and working with enthusiasm are essential to our core values.
